Planned Delivery Option
We provide customers with the option to choose a preferred delivery date during checkout. Although we are able to complete deliveries on the selected date in most cases, there may be occasional delays caused by circumstances outside our control. These may include product stock limitations, delays from courier partners, severe weather conditions, or other unexpected situations. If an order is not delivered within 14 days, a full refund will automatically be processed without requiring a request from the customer.
Delivery Timeframes
For orders within India, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. The final delivery period may vary depending on the destination address, courier service performance, and seasonal order volume. If any major delay occurs, customers will be notified accordingly.
Free Shipping & Extra Charges
We provide free standard shipping throughout India. However, deliveries to certain remote or hard-to-reach locations may involve additional shipping costs. If a customer chooses express or priority delivery, extra charges may also apply. Customers will be informed of any additional costs before confirming their order.
International Orders
For shipments outside India, all orders go through a verification process prior to dispatch. Some items may not be eligible for international delivery due to regulations or restrictions in specific countries. If an item cannot be shipped internationally, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued. Any import duties, customs taxes, or additional fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking & Courier Partners
After an order is dispatched, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS. Our primary logistics partner is DTDC, which helps ensure reliable and timely deliveries. If Amazon Shipping is not available in a particular area, we may ship the order using another trusted courier service.
Lost Packages & Delivery Issues
Although rare, shipments may occasionally be lost during transit. In such situations, we will conduct an investigation with the courier partner. If the package is confirmed as lost, customers will be offered either a replacement product or a full refund. Customers should report delivery issues as soon as possible to help us resolve them quickly.
